Rate Card Management

Live contracted rates.
Not a PDF in an inbox.

Amerigo replaces emailed rate sheets with a structured, always-current rate library. Forwarders file rates once. Importers see them live in their portal. Tender awards become rate cards automatically. Expiry warnings fire before anyone gets caught short.

How it works

From tender award to live rate — in one step

Rate cards enter the platform two ways: filed directly by a forwarder for a specific importer, or generated automatically when a tender lane is awarded. Either way, both sides see the same structured data — not a PDF that might be version 3 of 7.

1

File or Award

Forwarder files rates directly, or rates auto-generate when a tender lane is awarded.

2

Visible Instantly

Importer sees live contracted rates — POL/POD, carrier, container type, all-in rate, validity.

3

Expiry Warnings

Both sides get expiry alerts 30 days before lapse — no surprised bookings on expired rates.

4

Used on Booking

When a PO shipment is booked on a contracted lane, the rate card applies automatically.

For Freight Forwarders

File once. Every customer sees their rate, live.

Stop sending PDF rate sheets and hoping the customer uses the right version. File rate cards into Amerigo per customer — they appear in the importer portal immediately, structured and searchable.

  • File by POL, POD, carrier, container type, incoterms and validity window
  • Update rates mid-validity — importer sees the new version immediately
  • Tender-awarded rates become rate cards automatically — no double entry
  • Expiry dashboard — see which cards are lapsing across your customer book
For Importers

Your contracted rates. Always current. One place.

No more hunting through email for "the latest rate sheet." Your contracted rates for every trade lane, with every forwarder, are in your Amerigo portal — always the current version, searchable by lane.

  • See all contracted lanes — carrier, rate, validity, container types
  • Amber warning 30 days before expiry — Renew prompt on lapsing cards
  • Compare contracted rates against spot quotes
  • Launch a new tender from an expiring rate card — one click to RFQ
The rate card library

Every lane. Every carrier. Structured and live.

Each card shows the full picture: port pair, carrier, container types, all-in rate, incoterms, validity, and status. Expired cards archive automatically. Expiring cards surface an amber warning and a Renew CTA — and one click opens a new tender for that lane.
